Trump’s partial gag order tested in appeals court

An appeals court will hear arguments on Donald Trump’s request to lift a gag order in his federal election interference case. It comes as Judge Tanya Chutkan denied the former President’s bid to strike some language about violence on January 6th from his indictment.
